We dive deep into an intensive, exploratory process where we discover how your brand wants to shine. We move way beyond colors and fonts to the psychology of design: what story are you telling? What life are you promoting? We design an entire personality, and we have fun along the way.

The discovery call went well and we jam together! Next up, we’re going to send over a custom proposal fit for your individual needs. Once you approve that, we’ll send over the contract and invoice for the initial deposit.
Then, we dive into research! We need to know your business, the goals you have for it, the goals you have for yourself, who your target audience is, etc. We’ll help you define all of that with our thoughtful questionnaires.
Once we have our questionnaires and research complete, we hop into some design planning with a moodboard of the direction we want to take your brand. And then we dive into design! We’ll present concepts, and refinements after rounds of feedback and build out collateral pieces if they’re included in your project. And then launch and celebrate!
Typically branding projects take 4-6 weeks. They can be booked with a web project as well.

We got to know each other over our discovery call and felt we were a good fit for each other! Next up, we’ll send you a custom proposal that’s built for your unique needs. Once you accept, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for the first deposit. Then we get to dive in!
First, we approach with research. We’ll send over a questionnaire or two for you to fill out so we can understand the ins and outs of your business better. We may schedule another strategy call if necessary. Then after we take your homework and do our own research, we’ll present you with a sitemap and moodboard with the strategic and visual direction of your project, taking into consideration your target audience’s user-experience needs.
Then once we have approval for the research phase, we move into design. Once we have approval on the design, we’ll move into development. If we are bringing in a copywriter, photographer, or videographer, this is when they’ll come in.
Once the development phase and all other elements are approved, we can launch and celebrate!
Typically, website projects take 6 - 8 weeks from start to finish. These packages can be booked with branding projects as well.
Brand Accelerator
For when you need branding — or anything design — and you need it yesterday. Book out a week where you have the undivided attention of me and my team, so you can get that website, that brand identity, logo — anything — up and running in no time.

So you’ve scheduled your discovery call with us and we found that a design intensive would be the best fit for your needs. After we get the proposal, contract, and deposit out of the way, we get to dive into the thick of it.
These are booked out in two-week increments. The first week is all the homework, research, and information download. The second week is when we dive into design and check off all of your to-do list items. And then you’re wrapped up and ready to go!
Typically, these are booked out 2 - 4 weeks in advance.

We are usually booked out 2-4 weeks in advance, so it’s best to reach out and book a discovery call to get in as soon as possible. But of course, we can discuss what your options are if have a project that needs completed sooner.

Currently, we only build websites on Squarespace. We feel this is the best platform for the majority of our clients at this time. We can push customizations and make it really feel like your brand and home, while also making it work for you and save you time. The Squarespace platform has made leaps and bounds in e-commerce and other functionality improvements.
If a client has a much larger need for advanced functionality or large-scale e-commerce requirements, we may recommend Shopify or Wordpress, but that’s more on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we can discuss what platform would be best to fit your needs!

We have a unique approach for each project and client of ours, so there isn’t a standard price for a project. After our discovery call, if we’re a good fit, we’ll do some research, consider your unique business needs and the project requirements and send over a custom proposal that lists all the juicy details of what you can expect.
The range of investment with most of our clients varies from $2,000-6,000 per project, but of course, there are outliers in each direction. Book a discovery call today and we can get you a custom quote that fits your individual needs.

Yes! Depending on the timeline of your project and how far in advance you’re booked, we can be quite flexible with payments.

No. We don’t believe “just a logo” is a good investment of time and money for a business. And if we don’t feel it’s best for our clients, we’re not going to do it. We have a more in-depth, strategic approach to branding so that it can be as successful for your business as possible.

We do a lot of work in the front-end making sure we understand you and your business goals, so often 2 rounds of feedback are more than enough! However, if you still aren’t happy after 2 rounds, work will continue at our current hourly rate with an estimate of hours before we begin that work. However, it is always only an estimate.
